Infinity Box
Turn it over. Think again.
A puzzle cube with an AI companion. A game to work through, and an artwork about the encounter along the way.

Turn it over.
Think again.
Something to work through.
Drag to turn the cube. Click its panels and corners to change it. Repetition and resets become part of learning what it does.
Someone along the way.
The developing companion offers prompts and highlights interactive areas. It introduces another presence into the process of working the puzzle out.
A different way in.
At COMPUTALA 2026, the game also became an artwork to encounter. You might arrive to look, then find yourself playing.
An illustrated guide to the work. The original puzzle and AI companion live in the game.
Learning by trying
Drag to rotate the cube. Click panels and corners to change it. I left out a written tutorial so that trying, noticing and repeating become the way into the puzzle.
A puzzle. A presence.
The developing AI companion offers onboarding prompts and highlights interactive areas. The project explores how that presence can sit alongside a puzzle you are learning to understand. It is a Unity project, still in development.
An encounter in the gallery
Infinity Box was exhibited at COMPUTALA, LCB Depot, from 12–30 January 2026. The exhibition gives the work another context: people can come to it through curiosity about an artwork, then find themselves playing.
